2nd Year

Getting a firm foundation in 2nd year Maths is crucial to doing well in the Junior Cycle exam. This is because Maths is a cumulative subject whereby topics and concepts build upon those that were previously taught. If your child has fallen behind or is finding it difficult to keep up, now is the time to get them support before they fall further behind.

Our personalised 2nd year Maths grinds, which contain a MAXIMUM of 5 students per group, will prepare them for the Junior Cycle Maths exam by covering all aspects of the syllabus including Algebra and Trigonometry which are the building blocks in developing a solid understanding of Maths.

2nd year Maths grinds are delivered live online through Zoom or at our tuition centre in Castletroy Limerick (depending upon availability). Due to our small class sizes, each student receives individualised attention and support. All of our students receive comprehensive notes, cheat sheets and memory aids that they can use for revision purposes throughout the year. For online classes, students receive access to the class recordings for the full academic year. At the end of each term, parents receive a progress report to keep them updated on their child’s participation and development.
