FAQs and Terms & Conditions

Regular attendance is crucial to your child’s academic success. If a student cannot attend a class, 24 hours notice is required. Cancellations are only accepted by phone call.

If 24 hours notice is given, an alternative date for a rescheduled class will be provided for the student. Rescheduled classes must be availed of before the end of the tuition programme that the student has paid for. We understand that schedules can vary and we will make every effort to accommodate your availability. However, if the proposed alternative date does not suit your needs, we regret that we are not obligated to provide further alternatives.

For online classes, students who are unable to attend will get access to the class recording and any accompanying notes.
