Attendance Policy & Payment Agreement
Terms & Conditions
Regular attendance is crucial to your child’s academic success. If a student cannot attend a class, 24 hours notice is required. Cancellations are only accepted by phone call.
If 24 hours notice is given, an alternative date for a rescheduled class will be provided for the student. Rescheduled classes must be availed of before the end of the tuition programme that the student has paid for. We understand that schedules can vary and we will make every effort to accommodate your availability. However, if the proposed alternative date does not suit your needs, we regret that we are not obligated to provide further alternatives.
If we receive less than 24 hours notice, or if the student does not show up for a class, the absence is unexcused and the class will not be rescheduled.
In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by the teacher, Premier Tuition Centre will provide a rescheduled class.
If a student is absent for 3 or more consecutive classes, their space will be made available on our timetable for new enrolments.

If 24 hours notice is given, the student will be given the option to join another class for the same subject and level, providing one is available; however this cannot always be guaranteed. This class must be availed of before the end of the tuition programme that the student has paid for.

Primary school programmes are 16 weeks long, with the exception of our weekly summer classes in July and August. Programme fees must be paid in full in advance or in two equal installments. Spaces are not guaranteed until fees have been paid.
Fees and deposits for primary school classes and courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. Students are liable for fees whether or not they complete the course of study. Except where stated, all fees are non-refundable. No fee refund or transfer will be made to students who fail to attend classes or who do not finish the course. Parents/guardians are required to accept these terms on payment of their deposit/fees. Click here to see our refund policy.
Should a student commence a programme/course and subsequently withdraw at any stage from the programme/course, full fees remain due at that point
Where a learner is in arrears with their fees, he or she may be asked to leave the course.
Although we endeavour to follow the Irish school calendar as closely as possible, different schools have different holiday schedules so it is the parent’s responsibility to make note of the days were are closed.
If a class falls on a bank holiday, the teacher will make the appropriate arrangements with the parents/students.
