Whereas Premier Tuition Centre understands that unforeseen circumstances may compel a student to withdraw from a course, students should understand that the tuition centre makes decisions as to resource levels for a course (including teaching resources) based upon the number of students who register for it at the commencement of the course.

The tuition centre accepts no obligation to refund any fee or part of any fee paid in respect of any programme or service provided by Premier Tuition Centre.

Under no circumstances will the tuition centre refund the deposit, or any part of the deposit paid in respect of a students’ registration for a course, save in the event that the tuition centre is unable to run the course registered for.

Please note that Premier Tuition Centre reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any course at any time. Premier Tuition Centre also reserves the right to re-schedule the start dates of all courses.

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.


 

a. If a student cancels a one-to-one or small group tuition course/programme at least two weeks in advance of the start date, a full refund less the deposit will be provided.

b. If a student cancels a one-to-one or small group tuition course/programme within 1 week or less of the start date, a partial refund representing 50% of the course fees, less the deposit, will be provided.

c. In the unlikely event that Premier Tuition Centre cancels a course or programme, your full deposit/fees will be refunded.
