Reading & Literacy
Senior Infants - 6th Class
Primary school reading and literacy grinds are available live online through Zoom or at our tuition centre in Castletroy, Limerick (depending upon availability).
Classes are delivered using child-centred, active-based methodologies by fully qualified and experienced tutors to ensure that every class is interactive and engaging.
There is a maximum of 5 children in each class which allows the tutor to provide individualised feedback and support. Due to our small class sizes, we offer a student-led curriculum that’s guided by the needs and abilities of each child in the group.
Specialist Dyslexia Tuition
Since September 2021, we have been implementing a programme which integrates the Orton-Gillingham approach into our literacy classes for children with dyslexia. This renowned approach is a “direct, explicit, multisensory, structured, sequential, diagnostic, and prescriptive way to teach literacy when reading, writing, and spelling does not come easily to individuals, such as those with dyslexia.”
