Dyslexia Tuition
For primary school pupils
Specialist Dyslexia Tuition is available to primary school pupils from 1st to 6th Class at our tuition centre in Castletroy, Limerick.Â
Delivered by a specialist tutor trained by the Dyslexia Association of Ireland and in the renowned Orton-Gillingham approach, classes are available on a one-to-one basis or in a small group setting with a maximum of 5 children.
Our Approach
At Premier Tuition Centre, we understand that children with dyslexia can learn to read, write and spell just as well as everyone else but that they need to be taught in a way that supports their unique learning style.Â
Using evidence-based methods grounded in the renowned Orton-Gillingham approach, our specialist dyslexia tutor teaches children to read, write and spell using a range of multisensory approaches that makes learning fun, interactive and engaging.Â
Recognising that children with dyslexia learn best when the material is presented in a structured and sequential way, our classes help children to develop their foundational literacy skills, foster comprehension and fluency and build confidence in their reading and writing abilities. Â

Meet the Teacher
Emer is a fully qualified and experienced primary school teacher who has been tutoring children at Premier Tuition Centre since 2014. She has extensive experience teaching children of all ages and abilities in a variety of classroom settings and consistently receives 5-star reviews from parents and students. Emer is our specialist dyslexia tutor, having undergone training with the Dyslexia Association of Ireland and in the renowned Orton-Gillingham approach.Â
