Affirmations can be powerful tools to help us overcome limiting beliefs or achieve a desired outcome.
People use them to achieve success in all areas of their life and I believe that they can be just as effective in a school or study-related context.
In fact, I believe that good grades come from a combination of:
- Working consistently
- Using the right study techniques
- Having a positive mindset
Using positive study affirmations alone will not enable you to achieve straight As in your exams. This requires effort, focus and discipline also.
However, positive affirmations can be a powerful tool in helping you to shape your mindset which is just as crucial to receiving good grades and will ultimately benefit you in all areas of your life – not just school.

This free guidebook will help you to understand what affirmations are and how they work.
It also offers a step-by-step process to aid you in the creation of your own, personal affirmations while also giving you a list of sample affirmations that can be used or adapted by you to achieve the results you’re fully capable of achieving.
Study Skills Workshop
On April 5th & 6th 2022, we are running an intensive online Study Skills Workshop for Junior & Leaving Cert students.
The aim of this workshop is to provide students with the most fundamental study techniques, tips and strategies that they can begin implementing right now in order to achieve the results they’re fully capable of achieving.
This workshop is a condensed version of our online Study Skills Course which is typically run over 5 weeks in November, January and March of each year.
